Guided project enquiries

The “Tell us about your project” questions collect your choices and written answers about your project. They also collect your name and email address, plus a business name and phone number if you choose to provide them.

When you send the enquiry, Heading Studio creates a Project Shape from your answers. Your contact details, answers, Project Shape and submission dates are saved in a private database so the enquiry can be received, reviewed and answered without losing its context.

The enquiry and Project Shape are emailed to Heading Studio at hello@headingstudio.co.uk. A copy of the Project Shape is also emailed to the address you provide.

Short messages

The short form collects your name, email address and message. A business name is optional.

Your message is emailed to Heading Studio at hello@headingstudio.co.uk. It is not saved in the website’s enquiry database. An acknowledgement containing the details you submitted is emailed to the address you provide.

Why we use enquiry information

Heading Studio uses it to receive and understand your enquiry, send the confirmations described above, reply to you and continue the conversation you asked to start.

Your email address is used as the reply address on the email sent to Heading Studio. On emails sent to you, replies go to hello@headingstudio.co.uk.

ASK Heading

ASK Heading matches your question with information already written for this website. It runs in your browser and does not send your question to an AI service.

The conversation is kept only in the page while you use it. It is not saved to the database, emailed to Heading Studio or placed in browser storage.

Services used by this website

Lovable provides the website hosting, the private database used for guided project enquiries and the managed email service used by both enquiry routes. Emails are sent from Heading Studio’s verified notify.headingstudio.co.uk sending domain.

The managed email service keeps delivery records, which may include the recipient address, email type, time and delivery status. These records support delivery, retries, rate limits and the handling of bounces, complaints and unsubscribes.

Analytics, cookies and browser storage

This website does not currently use visitor analytics or advertising trackers. Its visitor-facing features do not set cookies or use browser storage to track activity.
